About

Most of the legal controversies my clients present me with are complex and contain a variety of problems and considerations.  I take an analytic approach to formulate a strategic plan in resolving my clients matters that takes into account my clients' ultimate objectives, resources, risks, and of course the law.  By employing this approach, I am able to resolve disputes efficiently and in an effective manner.

I received my Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University, majoring in History and Law & Society. Thereafter, I attended the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law, and graduated in the top 5% of my class.  While in law school, I served as Editor-in-Chief of a law journal and was on a national moot court team.  Additionally, during the entire duration I was in law school, I worked part-time as law clerk for the Patterson Law Firm, LLC, as well as another prominent Chicago trial law firm, and was an extern for the Hon. Elizabeth A. McClanahan of the Supreme Court of Virginia.

My mission is to solve individuals' problems favorably without making them dread speaking to me.  I am far from the attorneys' in Bleak House; nor will speaking with me lead to physical pain, like a visit to a dentist.

I’m glad we had Alex. He made this as enjoyable as it could be given the circumstances.
